My thanks to all the members of your teams and staff at your Hospital and Pharmacy.
All levels of the above were polite, experienced and exceeded the expectations I had previously envisaged.
My hope is that recovery and convalescence are of as brief duration and complete success as predicted.
A doctor, anaesthetics, various nurses and assistants, three physiotherapists and the Pharmacy Manager have provided me with the very nest I could imagine capped by the personal attention of your Manager(ess).
In particular as mentioned when we last met “Alex” and later on your two most experiences and/or former Nurse’s “attentions” on “night shift”/dietary information/liquid levels were of very high standard even under considerable extra pressures (two extra nights).
Hoping that all above continue to be a credit to you and that we meet at any future date including my appointment date.
